the River, Blue
Located on the edge of Österdalälven, Floden Blå is home to the Canadian show line (SIW) as well as the Irish and Norwegian working line (IWL/NWL) Wolfe Hounds.
Sister kennel to both DIRE and Blue Rivers, we focus primarily on rearing the SIW for use in conformation and sporting as well as nurturing our lines to be prime candidates for service work.
Our NWL, while eligible for conformation, are primarily used for work purposes and are bred to be hearty sled, logging, and property guards.
our main site is a working location. our herd guardians protect our livestock while our main, everyday transporton, is via our small sled team should the weather require it.
