Outside Testing

if you tested your dog(s) yourself or tested with another agency include the link to the health certificate or the results in the "Comments" field and we'll, if testing seems realistic and hits the major health points for the breed, endorse it and add it to our live sheet. If testing misses some of the major health issues we'll test them on our end then include your results on the form.

SCHEDULE

DoberGen Temperament Test (DGTT) focuses on and measures stability, shyness, aggressiveness, friendliess, protection instincts, and self-preservation instinct.

How the test is applied will depend on age with the goal of simulating typical every-day interactions over a sterile one-off situation.

We also offer further testing to help type out dogs who have a higher aptitude towards specific jobs or disciplines; including testing for bite strength, endurance, jump power, sight and scent drives, alertness, and more!

In order to conduct the test DoberGen will send out a specifically selected staff member to verify legitimacy of the results.
