all incoming dogs are seen and evaluated by our onsite vet and behaviourist to get accurate personality and health work-ups.

dogs that are suitable to go directly into foster homes are appropriately matched with our volunteers

any dogs exhibiting aggression, reactivity, or that have bite histories, if cleared to be homed, will only be placed in homes with experience in handling these issues

disabled dogs or those with extensive health issues will only be placed with those who show a clear willingness to work with our staff or approved veterinary staff.

OOC: Dogs made outside of being requested will very likely have general conformation flaws to them - this is intentional! Giving dogs minor confo flaws gives new owners room to plan appropriately when it comes to future breeding.
Every so often, there may be dogs who were commissioned for a specific person who has 0 desire to be involved in the KC scene and has given the okay for the dogs to be repurposed. Comm'd dogs will NOT show up here until they've lived out their purpose in the commissioner's story/save. Rest assured, a comm'd dog will NOT be showing up elsewhere.
