South American Dobermann

While the facility does not directly breed any dogs we offer space on our grounds for kennels focused on breeding dogs who will benefit from our training programs.

The South American line Dobermann is one that does not see much stringent health testing, due to this, dogs of this line are likely to end up with some of the bigger health issues that plague this breed.

In 2010 the Flod family proposed bringing in a couple of dogs from a kennel their oldest was working at in Argentina with the goal of working to cross in some of the healthier American line blood. After a bit of a rocky start, we've finally started to see some fantastic prospects out of the bloodlines and are excited to see the future of healthier dogs.

Boludo Descendants: Boludo lo vemos is a multi International Champion and highly titled working dog. His even temperament and steady working drive has lead to a large demand for his contribution to litters over the years. Unfortunately, like many of the line, Boludo's health tests were rudimentary at best being just enough to qualify him for working without testing anything else - and even now the legitimacy of those results continues to be questioned. The popularity of having a "Boludo" descendent has seen to him being used to sire litters without much restraint, even long after his death, with bitches that have even less clear health results than he did.
